State's Rights
Advocating for State's Rights and a return to American Constitutionalism is the core of PDR America's overall existence.

When America was established in 1776, the Founding Fathers always intended for there to be a strict balance of powers between the new federal government and the individual states. This concept of equal authority, shared among differing levels of government, was forever manifested in the United States Constitution.

However, the modern federal government, as an institution, has seemingly forgotten that it is co-equal with each of the States. As a matter of fact, the federal government has denied equality even among the States. To what end? An all powerful centralized authorized that grows ever further from the will of the people. This is not what the Founding Fathers intended, nor is it in the best interest of the American people.

Here at PDR we are actively working to develop and promote policy initiatives, legislation, educational material, and grassroots activities that effectively boost the State's Rights movement.
